I'm a Learning and Development professional with a strong background in Instructional Design and eLearning Development.  I specialize in the creation and implementation of workshop and online learning for new hire and remedial employee programs.



I design and develop instructor-led and eLearning solutions by following the ADDIE process while using a variety of instructional methods including Gagne's Nine Events, KITE, Four-Component, and ROPES.
