A full transformation of AOL & Member Services’ All-Hands from a passive quarterly meeting into a high-impact, biannual communication experience. I led a comprehensive transformation of our All-Hands meetings, turning them from disconnected updates into a structured, biannual communication and engagement experience that synced 10 executive leaders and evolved into a polished, multimedia-rich experience that unified executive messaging, showcased organizational progress, and energized teams.
